Uhuru’s Presidential Limousine Stolen

One of President Uhuru’s Presidential Escort vehicle was stolen on Wednesday night. The vehicle, a BMW Limousine, was with its official driver, David Machui in Ruai bearing private plates. It is bulletproof and believed to contain security and communication equipment.

Apparently, Mr. Machui had just escorted the President to JKIA before taking the vehicle to his home at the Ruai police residential houses at about 8pm. Here he met his carjackers who stipped him naked and abandoned him in a thicket.
State House confirmed the incident but said the vehicle is not part of Uhuru’s current fleet.
