Roma to Man U: Strootman not available to be purchased
Reports in the English media case United supervisor Louis van Gaal is resolved to sign Strootman, who is as of now recouping from a long harm lay-off, regardless of Roma setting a 75 million euro (£60m) sticker on the 24-year-old.
Addressing Sky Sport Italia before the Giallorossi's home diversion against Cagliari, Roma chief general Mauro Baldissoni said Strootman was not available to be purchased.
"We can hardly wait to have him back playing on the grounds that we miss him, he'll be back soon," said Baldissoni when asked in regards to United's advantage.
"We're glad to have him in the squad and he's not available to be purchased."
Roma, last season's runners-up, have come back to the Champions Alliance surprisingly since the 2010/2011 season and started their Gathering E fight with a 5-1 defeat of CSKA Moscow in midweek.
Baldissoni included: "The Champions Association was our destination, we're glad to be back in the opposition playing against the huge groups. Thankfully, we've had a positive begin.
