Uhuru's PLOT to remove CJ DAVID MARAGA from office

Nyeri town Mp, Ngunjiri Wambuguy, filed a petition for the removal of Chief Justice David Maraga,
 the MP took his petition before the Judicial Service Commission(JSC) alleging that Maraga was involved in gross misconduct this comes after the president declared to take action against the CJ.
The jubilee party, has however distanced itself from the petition,the party’s SG, Raphael Tuju has confirmed that neither the party nor the President had directed the filing of the petition.
