First you need to reach their homepage at www.sportpesa.com then click"Forgot password"

It will prompt you to Type in your number and pin then click on get reset code...

If you have forgotten your Pin worry not just dial *796# and reset your pin

Go back and enter the new pin...

A reset code will be sent to the number keyed in...

Enter the password of your choice.

Now log in using the new password.
