Scan your ID and submit the scanned replica on KRA'S official page and request for your Pin number. Inform them that you forgot your password and your not able to access it from their portal. Alternatively you can tweet the scanned KRA pin copy to their twitter handle

How To Retrieve Forgotten KRA Pin Certificate

1. Visit Kenya Revenue Authority portal 
2. ENTER your PIN and Password.
3. Select Registration, then click on on Reprint PIN Certificate on the menu bar
4. Choose Applicant Type, Provide the Taxpayer PIN 
5. Click on to submit the request and generate the PIN Certificate 
6. Click to down load the PIN Certificate 
7. Print the downloaded certificate
